Take the next step today… Here’s how it works

  1. Consultation. We’ll take 30 to 60 minutes to meet (face-to-face), phone, Skype to decide if you are comfortable working with me and if I am confident in taking you as a client. Our conversation will be informal an, at the same time, probing. I need to know two things: what do you believe the problem is and what do you want instead.   2. Detailed History / Client Intake. Plan on 2 to 2.5 hours for this meeting (face-to-face or Skype). We’ll dig into your history and your “story” in detail. My goal here is to understand how you do what you do… to the extent that, if I had to be you, I’d have to know how to do the problem. This is the only time we’ll need to dig into your story. I’ll take lots of notes and likely interrupt you often because I listen for things differently. If, at any time, during the Intake either of us feels this is not a good fit, we will stop the process and there will be no charge. When we decide to take the next step, we’ll schedule your first session. You’ll be responsible to pay the $175 flat fee for the Intake at the conclusion of that meeting. I will then..
  3. Create Customized Treatment Plan. I’ll do my “homework” over the next couple days to review my notes and create a plan that will get us to your defined outcome(s) by doing the least amount of work to make the biggest change in the shortest time. I’ll either present this plan to you at the beginning of your first session or call you to review it before we meet. There are several options for pricing and payments on the Rate Schedule.   4. One on One Sessions. We’ll plan two hours for each session (in person or Skype) because this give us ample time to get a lot done. If you feel the need to stop part way through the session, you will only be billed (or time credited for prepay programs) for the time we used. Billing will be in 15-minute intervals.
  5. Coaching Calls. We’ll meet weekly, every two weeks or monthly, depending on what we think is best for you. These sessions last 45 minutes and will be done by phone or Skype. Once we’ve concluded with your one-on-one sessions and we’ve put a compelling goal into your subconscious mind; you may want to schedule these powerful follow-up coaching sessions to keep the momentum moving towards your desired outcome.
